The Danish Bacon and Meat Council

The Danish Bacon and Meat Council is now part of The Danish Meat Association, the organisation representing all Danish pig producers and their co-operative companies. The Danish Meat Association undertakes a wide variety of projects on behalf of the industry.

Their key activities cover:
• Pig production
• Veterinary services
• Meat industry research and development
• Danish meat quality standards
• Marketing and promotional campaigns both in Denmark and in key export markets such as the UK, Japan, Germany and Scandinavia.
